Returns and refunds

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized items, and items that cannot be returned for health or safety reasons are not eligible unless defective or required by law.

Contact us before returning an item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.
